Are there unused tennis courts/sporting areas in your town, if so, this may be the perfect area to add a padel court to develop the facility.Ideally any location should be a fair distance from any residential housing and there should be adequate security for the courts!
A conversion of an existing low-attended Tennis Court into 1-2 Padel Courts is often possible.
